According to the data from the study, the total sample was 1600. The number included 900 females and 700 males. Out of the 700 male participants, 500 were Republicans, and 200 were Democrats. The 900 women included 200 Republicans and 700 Democrats. From the information received from the table, it is evident that there are many male Republicans than female Republicans. It is also clear that there are many women Democrats than male Democrats. The sampling strategy used for the study did yield a fair sample provided the population almost did have nearly the same number of men and women. Based on the sample, it is clear to say that women are likely to be democrats than republicans. When doing a study, the researchers normally to get a sample hat represents their population. A sample refers to a group of subjects in the study. The population refers to the group the research has interest. Population can be every person in the world. Because you can research every person, and then the researcher has to choose who to study that is where the sample originates.
The study tends to have a larger sample; thus, representing the population in the study.

Therefore, the researcher chooses 900 females and 700 males that helped in representing the population. The large sample assisted in getting a representative sample. Considering the data presented, the sample consists of just the observation drawn from the population while the population include every element from a set of observations made. Through the use of sampling method, the researcher can select sample elements from the population. Therefore, in this case, the number of democrats and republicans in both men and women come from the population of 1600 people.
Essay two
Interpretive validity refers to the degree that the researcher portrays the meaning provided by the participants to what the research is studying. Based on the quantitative research, the validity of the research design is substantial both in terms of internal validity and also external validity. The interpretative validity is also substantial. However, I plan to improve the interpretative validity of the study. So as to make sure there is accurate interpretive validity, the researcher should get in the heads of the participants and ensure that he sees the world through the participant's eyes. To my understanding, validity pertains to the relationship between the account and something that is external to it. In order to improve my interpretative validity is through using structured interviews during data collection (Christiansen, 2014). The use of structured interviews helps the research in reformulating questions during the interview when a participant has difficulty in understanding the questions. The above strategy is helpful in increasing interpretive validity.
Using this method, it will help me to understand the views, thoughts, intentions, experiences, and feelings of participants accurately. Another strategy that I can use to improve my interpretative validity is through encouraging participant feedback. When I share the interpretation of the responses with the respondents, it helps in avoiding inaccuracies and miscommunications (Christiansen, 2014). Getting participant feedback will also involve discussing with participants to determine if they agree and also make modifications so as to represent their ways of thinking and meanings. I will also improve my interpretative validity by offering the exact words of the participants; thus, reducing or eliminating any interpretations on my side.
Essay three
The coding strategy used in this research study is the Likert Scale. When participants were responding to the questionnaire items, they were required to specify their level of agreement or disagreements on a symmetric agree-disagree scale. In the study, all the respondents had to answer a series of statements with strongly agree, neither agree or disagree, agree, disagree, and strongly disagree. The study by Hedges et al. (2001) indicates that, the coding strategy used by researchers was the ANOVA (analysis of variance). The method utilized in the research by Daros-Voseles and Onwuegbuzie (2001) was the 100-point scale. In the research by Erwin et al. (2005), the researchers used a common coding scheme.
The codes used in the two studies aimed at collecting and analyzing data. The methods of coding used in the three research studies tend to be compatible with the Likert scale used in this study. All the coding strategies utilized in the research studies help in categorizing behavior in order to help in coding what the researcher observes. When using the coding system in my research, I realized that the benefit of using the Likert Scale is that it is simple to perform and offer quantitative data analyzed statistically. Something that I realized about the coding strategy used in my research is that the Likert scale was important in helping to understand the level of agreement of the participants towards a particular statement. I would not want to revise the coding system that I used in my study because it has helped in measuring the positive and a negative response to a certain statement. When using this coding strategy, I realized it was useful in measuring the attitude of participants through asking the rate at which they agree or disagree with the statement.

Procedure
In the three research studies uploaded, the researchers ensured that in the procedure section, they indicated a detailed explanation of the step and process involved in conducting the study. In both studies, the researchers described the equipment, the behavior of the research participants, the space for conducting the study, and also the behavior of the researcher. In regards to my dissertation, one improvement in the procedure section that is necessary is determining a way that the participants can reach the researcher in case they do not understand some of the questions in the questionnaire.
Instrumentation
Instrumentation refers to the measurement tools that helped in obtaining data on a certain topic of interest. In this case, the instrumentation used in my dissertation was surveyed where collection of data was through questionnaire. The factor I can consider in improving my instrumentation is ensuring that I meet with the participants and educate them of the intention of performing the study. It will enable them to be more willing to answer the questionnaires on time and accurately.
Richness of description involved
When considering the richness of description in the research, I offered an in-depth description of the participants just like in the other research uploaded. However, there is one improvement that I can consider in the dissertation. It is significant to offer an in-depth description of the managers who will participate in the study and explain the position that they occupy in the different companies. The description helps in ensuring that all participants are relevant to the study in all ways.
Essay five
When completing the research, it is necessary to make sure that I provide anonymity of information collected. Thus, the rule regarding professional identity is for ensuring anonymity by not collecting the information on individual subjects such as email address, name, and address. In correcting my dissertation, I plan not to link the responses of individuals with the identities of participants. In this rule, I believe that the study should not collect any identifying information about the participants. Therefore, I plan to use a code that will be useful in identifying the different participants.
The rule concerning ethnic identity is that selection of participants should not base on the ethnic background of a person. Therefore, during the selection of managers from the different companies, I will consider using the first names of participants during the random selection so as to avoid biasness. Another rule regards the age of participants. When writing the dissertation, I never considered the age of participants. All participants were managers and held great positions in the company in the areas of logistics and warehouse. Thus, failure of observing the participant’s age is helpful in making sure that the collected data does not have biasness. When writing the dissertation, I developed one rule regarding the gender of participants. According to this rule, words such as she, he, or subjects could not apply in the study. Therefore, the common words that I considered in the study were referring to participants as persons, people, and individuals. The use of individual is quite evident when discussing the results of the study.

Essay one
Many people tend to care a lot about the findings of this research study. It is essential for companies to learn about the significance of RFID technologies as it relates to warehouse management and logistic operations. An expected format for discussing and presenting my findings is through charts and graphs. Before any graph or chart, I will have to include an introduction that aims at helping the audience understand the results in a logical manner. In the graphs and charts, I aim at presenting the findings in a manner that is easy to understand and help leaders to understand how RFID helps in the fields of logistics and also transportation. According to the study findings, the results show that RFID technology allow businesses to free-up time to return to the areas people management in the fields and also the approximation of the client.
So as to get the intended audience, I intend to work towards ensuring that I explain to my audience what the results mean through the presentations of the graphs. When doing this, I will be able to show the significance of my study results in the specific context that they belong. During the presentation and interpretation of the study, it will reflect the suggestions and also the comments offered by the representatives of the research population. I also intend to put the questionnaire in the appendix section so that the audience can see some the questions that I asked participants and also their response to the questions. During the presentation of the study, it will show the bad, desirable, good, or undesirable in the way RFID technology helps in warehouse management and also logistic operations. From the results, I intend to provide the recommendations that leaders should consider so that they can also benefit from the new technology and be able to improve various operations of their companies.
Essay two
When considering the approach that researchers used in explaining their findings for the uploaded papers, their explanation focused on quotes, themes, and also data tables. The approach used in the uploaded papers is almost identical to the one I used in my dissertation as I considered tables to help in explaining the study findings. My approach to explaining the findings of the study is quite different from the other studies as I explained the findings of every research question of the study. Irrespective of using the research questions in explaining the findings of the study, a strategy that I would also use in explaining the paper is the themes.
The use of themes applies in the uploaded paper, and it helped in ensuring the organization of the study findings. When using themes in explaining the findings, it will help the audience to identify and understand the different benefits of RFID technologies as used in the company. When using themes in explaining the findings, I can start with the theme that is most relevant and one that has the large amount of material so as the audience can know the significance of my study. When explaining the research findings, the use of quotes from the participants may also be useful. As a way of improving my dissertation, I consider applying quotes to help the audience know the opinions of what the participants think about in regards to the significance of RFID in logistic operations and warehouse management.

Essay three
One of the weaknesses of my research study is that the results of the study were from a relatively small and geographically limited sample of managers. Therefore, the extent, to which the study findings generalize to other managers, is a question that awaits subsequent research through the use of both quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. When completing this research study, the instrumentation used survey through the use of questionnaires. The questionnaires were sent to the emails of the participants and participants had one week to complete the study. The use of online questionnaires tends to be a weakness of the study because not all managers completed the questionnaires as required. Thus, the results obtained were not enough as what I expected.
Because of the failure of direct contact with the researcher, when answering the questionnaire, the participants guessed some of the areas that they did not understand. As a result of this problem, it resulted to some of the information presented not being accurate and untrue. Another fallibility of the study is that the study did not answer all the essential questions regarding the significance of RFID on warehouse management and logistic operations. For instance, the study failed to explain clearly the significance of RFID technology in the improvement of logistic operations. The time spent when in inventory is a major problem for production companies. However, this research study was not able to explain how RFID technology can be helpful in resolving the problem of time when it comes to inventory operations. Therefore, this is an area that requires an area that needs further study, and this would be very desirable.

Essay four
When considering the reference by Bhattacharya et al. (2011), the article provides a better description of how RFID improves business processes and value chain activity. Similar to the findings of my dissertation, this article also indicates that RFID technology helps in improving inventory that tend to avoid losses for retailers. Therefore, the findings by Bhattacharya et al. (2011) are similar and of great relevance to my dissertation. Another reference, that is of relevance and great value to my dissertation, is a study by Huang et al., (2013). The study by Huang et al. is on supply chain management with the lean production and the RFID applications. In an article by Feng et al., (2013), the authors researched about the application of RFID in the Cigarette warehouse logistics. During the discussion, the authors provided a discussion on the significance of introducing RFID in a warehouse and logistics management.
Similar to the findings of my dissertation, the references mentioned above provide similar findings on how RFID helps in the improvement of organization processes. Based on the findings of my dissertation, inventory is more likely to produce error and also confusion. Thus, the solution most effective in reducing the error can be the RFID technology together with the combination of digital management system. Thus, an element I may consider including in my research is the inclusion of digital management system. The combination of digital management system and RFID will be extremely effective in the warehouse management. The importance of including this change in my dissertation is because RFID together with digital management system helps the warehouse managers in achieving a better inventory control and improving operation efficiency.

Norm Violation

The norm I choose to violate in my norm violation assignment is eating with my mouth wide open and producing sounds as I chew. Eating with your mouth open and producing sound is considered deviant behavior I decided to break this norm in one of the restaurants in Minnesota. After the church service, I went to the restaurant with some of my friends from the church youth group for a meal ensuring that I did not inform them of my assignment. Ensuring that I was the only person knowing about the assignment was the best way to receive the most genuine reaction from my friends. The moment I arrived the restaurant I immediately notice a number of social norms being followed by every customer at the restaurant. They were all well groomed, eating appropriately. Everyone eating at the restaurant had a napkin on their lap and ate using silverware. The moment we walked the restaurant we had already broken some minor folkways since we were all dressed like college students. The impressio

Federal domain

The federal government tends to manage millions of acres of the forest land in the country. However, there is the increasing pressure on agencies to permit different levels of commercial access to timber, water flow, and other resources. I believe that the government should have the absolute prohibition on commercial access. A company that claims to be ethical should not seek commercial access to the land. When following my perspective, it will allow the land to remain the way it is without any agencies depleting the land. The decision will also ensure that the country ensures safety for its wild animals, and there are no parties trying to destroy the natural resources. In case there is a working compromise from the companies, it will make it extremely hard for the federal government to restrict company’s access that wants more access to the land. The government must have an absolute prohibition on commercial access to the forest because maintaining the balance between the commerci
